Shipping Policy

Order processing and verification usually takes 2-3 business days, depending on demand and any product shortages.

The estimated arrival time is 8-15 business days.

You will always receive an email once your order has been processed, including a tracking number.

Order Changes:
Once an order has been placed, we cannot add, remove, or modify items/addresses.

Incorrect Addresses:
If an incorrect delivery address is provided when placing an order, we are not liable and cannot send a replacement package or refund the order.

Should you realize that you have provided an incorrect address with your order, please email us via our contact page to notify us immediately. We can only correct the address if the order has not yet been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot send replacement packages or refund these orders.
